The IMA Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific Chapter hosted its second Summit on Wednesday, February 19th at the Anantara The Palm Resort in Dubai, UAE

Attendees were welcomed by Julie Leblan, President of the MEAPAC Chapter. Everyone learned valuable information form global leaders from all facets of the incentive industry and discovered the rewards & incentives market in the region.

Our speakers presented important content that focused on advancing incentive professionals in the Middle East and Africa region. Fahd Bin Amjad, Oman Arab Bank, presented on understanding the customer loyalty space. Additionally, Fatma Al Khoori, Maskawraps, discussed the gifting culture in the Middle East while Steve Malaby, Innervation Rewards, took the audience on a digital journey around rewards and payment transformation.
