Johann is a general manager for Edenred in India and the Global Rewards Business Unit with teams based in Canada, Mexico, France, China, India and Singapore. Johann was initially based in China to develop and manage marketing solutions and rewards business locally. He moved to Singapore in 2014 to take a regional role within Edenred’s incentive and rewards business, developing the Global Rewards Business Unit and leading the digitalization of local Asian rewards activities. Johann is based in Singapore.

Patrick is the Group CEO and co-founder of Omada Group, with companies like ArabClicks, the affiliate marketing network in the Middle East, Gecko; the native ad tech born out of Dubai catering worldwide and ink worldwide; a digital marketing agency focusing on growing businesses online. Patrick has over 25 years of experience leading advertising and communication for global media networks and brands, driving growth both in the MENA region and internationally. Before setting up Omada Group, Patrick held leadership positions at Sky News Arabia, Zee Entertainment, and Viacom’s Middle East office. He is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
